Live a stress free life
Well, this is simpler said than done, however if you're optimistic this is really possible. Stress is one of the worst factors in our lives and can virtually kill a person. They do say, if you want to be sound in body, you would need to be sound in mind as well.
Hygiene
Lastly, one of the simplest yet most important things that you can do is maintain a good sense of hygiene. You would be able to control the conditions at home, but what about at work and your lunch place?
There's not much that you would be able to do, so try to get your own lunch to work rather than eating out; but, don't build up a sort of phobia, eating out once in a while is a good thing too.
